We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. For skates, we recommend sizing down 1 to 1.5 sizes from your standard shoe size. For protective gear, measurements should be taken based on height and weight for the most accurate fit.
What is the warranty policy on BAUER sticks?
Most BAUER composite sticks come with a one-time 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. To initiate a claim, please ensure you have your original receipt and the serial number sticker from the shaft.
How long does shipping take for customized equipment?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. However, MyBauer custom equipment is built to your specifications and can take 4-8 weeks for production and delivery depending on the season.
Can I return equipment that has been used on the ice?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on equipment that has been used in play or sharpened skates.
Does BAUER offer professional skate sharpening and molding services?
While our online store ships skates unsharpened to prevent damage, many of our authorized retail partners offer professional heat molding and precision sharpening to ensure your skates are game-ready.
